Haddin puts Australia in control

Brad Haddin's maiden Test century guided Australia to 535 all out and a first innings lead of 265 over New Zealand on the third day of the second Test at Adelaide Oval.

Wicketkeeper Haddin was eventually dismissed for 169 after sharing a 181-run sixth wicket partnership with Michael Clarke, who contributed 110.

Iain O'Brien finished with figures of three for 111, while BlackCaps captain Daniel Vettori toiled away for just under 60 overs and finished with figures of two for 124.
