Large turnout for Gunnersbury Park Sports Jam

MORE than 1,000 youngsters turned out in glorious sunshine to enjoy the Gunnersbury Park Sports Jam on Sunday.

Budding athletes aged between six and 16 tried their hand at a whole range of sports, including football, rugby, boxing, basketball and dance.

Olympic champion James Cracknell and England Ladies footballer Rachel Yankey were guests of honour at the event.
