Dagenham 0-1 AFC Wimbledon
SUPER-sub Kevin Sainte-Luce scored a late winner to lift AFC Wimbledon off the bottom with victory at Dagenham.
The former Cardiff City bad-boy bagged the only goal of the game 10 minutes from time as the Dons climbed out of the League Two drop zone.
Boss Neal Ardley made two changes from the side that drew with Northampton in midweek, with Sammy Moore and Brennan Dickenson handed starts.
The visitors started brightly and were unfortunate not to go into the break ahead after Gary Alexander was denied by Chris Lewington.
However, they did find a breakthrough late in the second half when Sainte-Luce came off the bench to fire the Dons to victory with a 25-yard effort.
The hosts almost snatched a dramatic equaliser at the death, but Chris Hussey was in the right place at the right time to thwart Daggers keeper Lewington.
DONS: Sullivan, Meades (Mitchel-King 51), Bennett, Balkestein, Hussey, S Moore, Dickenson (Sainte-Luce 62), L Moore, Pell, Midson, Alexander (Darko 62).
Subs (not used): Jaimez-Ruiz, Cummings, Long, Yussuff.
