CCTV images of man hunted after train attack in Twickenham
POLICE are looking for this man after a rugby fan was left with cuts and bruises to his face following at attack after a match at Twickenham.
The assault happened on board the 7.10pm Twickenham to Reading train on November 7, after England's 9-18 defeat to Australia.
The victim, a 59-year-old man from Bristol, had been at the match and was talking to a group of men and woman when one of the men attacked him. The suspect left the train at Sunningdale station. Officers have also released images of people they think may have witnessed the incident.
Investigating officer DC Tony Steaman said: "This appears to have been an unprovoked assault which left the victim needing hospital treatment for his injuries and I would urge anyone with any information or who recognises any of the people pictured in the CCTV images to contact us."
